Our History

How We Started

Frimpong Brothers Infrastructure was born from many conversations between four brothers: David Frimpong, Stephen Frimpong, Joseph Frimpong Jnr., and Joseph Frimpong Snr.

The brothers conceived the idea for a new Ghanaian community after recognizing that Ghana's real estate market was experiencing consistent growth, with an annual projected growth rate of 5.48% between 2024 and 2028. They identified coastal areas like Cape Coast as emerging prime locations for residential investment.

What began as daily conversations at home evolved into a comprehensive business plan. The brothers gathered and modified internet templates to meet the needs of their ambitious endeavor, combining their diverse expertise in economics, procurement, aquaculture, water resources management, and public health research.

Their shared vision of creating world-class, luxury coastal communities that blend modern living with sustainability and unique lifestyle experiences has since become the foundation of Frimpong Brothers Infrastructure.

Head CEO

A graduate of Kumasi Technical University with a background in Procurement and Economics, David leads the company's vision of building sustainable and innovative coastal communities.

Joseph Frimpong Boahene Jnr.

Co-CEO

Born in Kumasi and based in Vume, Joseph holds a BSc in Aquaculture and Water Resources Management from KNUST, bringing a strong scientific background to the company.

A KNUST graduate with extensive experience in public health research, Joseph brings a unique blend of political studies, global health research, and strategic planning to the company.
